'Absolutely Fabulous' Movie: Jennifer Saunders Writing Script

Bend back an elbow to celebrate this little bit of development news. Jennifer Saunders is writing a script for that feature version of cult British comedy 'Absolutely Fabulous.' Per Deadline, the film follows Patty (Joanna Lumley) and Edina (Saunders), two boozy close friends who wake-up "hungover within the empty moving yacht of the oligarch in the center of the sea. A whole lot worse, their cell phones can't obtain a signal." Problems! If the all does not enable you to get too excited, you most likely don't remember seeing 'AbFab' on Comedy Central within the mid 1990's.
